It reminds us Hercules, only with a different rendering style on the finishing touches by removing most lines from the figures. That is probably their inspiration and that's fine, it was a beautiful film.
Mighty Aphrodite looks great, and the suits of cards are all fittingly Greeky looking, almost ready to adorn a fraternity. Then you get floating sea-shells and fruits and some kind of heart medal in a reef. What's up with that? Breaks our flow and makes us frown. They do not even have the same background elements.
